How To Cure White Bumps On Chest, Back, Shoulders And Arms Permanently?

i have these white bumps on my chest, back, shoulders and upper arm. i ve been researching and i think it s called follicular macular atrophy. do you know any home treatments for it and how i can avoid getting it once cured? i ve been having it for several years now.

Hi,

It seems that you may be having cystic acne. There may be acne lesions containing whitish material giving appearance of whitish bumps. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. The cystic lesions might be removed manually or by electrocautery. Your doctor might decide the line of treatment. He might prescribe minocycline and isotretinoin for long time. You may be alright.
