How To Deal With An Autistic Child With Aggressive Behavior?

Severly Autistic child 14 year old girl with aggressive behavior. Has been in behavioral wing of hospital for several days. Is highly medicated, eyes glassey etc. At breaking point with no sleep and no sign of help. What does it mean to give your child to the state?

I think you can give her diazepam to calm her down and possibly induce sleep. If she doesn't get any better you can consult a children's psychiatrist.
