How To Deal With Anxiety Attacks That Causes Seizures?

I have had grand mal seizures for 12 years now. I went several years after my divorce that I didn t have any. In the past 3 years I have had numerous seizures, most recent was behind the wheel of a car which caused me to wreck my car and 2 big ones in the home Uwithin the last 2 months. I went back to my neurologist which didn t seem over concerned and sent me for xrays on my back, pelvis and foot from damage from the car wreck. She don t seem interested in what is causing them or what I need to do to get them under control. At this point I don t know what to do next bc in the last 3 seizures nothing that I can think of it trigured anything that may cause a seizure. She knows I have bad panic/anxiety attacks and can t be put in stressful situations just to make sure nothing triggers it and the last 3 there was nothing to trigger it. Can you help or advice?

Hello,

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
