How To Deal With Back Pain At 20 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Im nearly 20 weeks pregnant and sturggling at work with my back. My doctor gave me a fit note saying light duties only but my boss said no and deal with it like the rest of us. How can i get signed off work as i feel this is the only option for me now?
