How To Deal With Congested Ear?

hello. i have been having issues with my ears and nose for a week or so. my ears feel almost, congested. i feel pressure in them,as well. almost like being under water. i get a tingling sensation in my face, and it feels as if my neck goes numb. i am absolutly terrified. i have went to the er recently and have had both ears checked, everything appears to be normal. it started from my left ear and it ended up on the right side, now its to the left again. biting down on my lip barely hurts.. i am so freaked out, i hope it is nothing serious. i have hardly any pain. once in awhile i get a very SLIGHT stabbing shooting pain in my left ear. it does bother my every day routine. my hearing is muffled. again, i have been stuck with this for over a week and its scary.
