General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Correction of anemia would control your hair loss and might darken your pale complexion. I am afraid there are not any foods that would fit your concerns. But you could continue anemia treatment and use sunscreen to maintain your current complexion.

If you find it inadequate you could use Hydroquinone and Tretinoin compounds but you would need a dermatologist to prescribe the medication and method of usage. Anemia is a more serious concern than the complexion issue.

Hope I have clarified your doubts. Let me know if I can assist you further.
