Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
The heart pounding in your case was secondary. It was secondary to low blood sugar which is normal response of your body. So instead of dealing with heart pounding, your physician has to take measures to stop your blood sugar to fall too low. In fact that is urgent. Low glucose is a life threatening conditioning. Heart pounding at that time is only a warning signal.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
