How To Deal With The Pain In Breast After Injury?

I felt on my pool and I hit my right breast with the edge of a step about a week ago. I placed ice inmediately but it became very sore. I am still sore and I feel pain every time I move on my bed, What can I do or take to aliviate the pain? and what test can be run to see that everything is OK?
