Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Epinephrine should be given in case of really low blood pressure, in case of decompensated heart failure when the patient is in cardio-genic shock.

But sometimes, it can worsen the renal function by causing renal artery constriction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
