How To Detect Pregnancy?
my wife was supposed to have her monthly period on 07/06/2010 but is almost 12 days late. week befor we had Pregnancy test it showed Positive but after 2 days it showed like negative. suggest me whether is it positive or negative. what is the right time to have pregnancy test?

1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) If she has regular cycles, 12 days past her expected date, this period is good enough to suspect the pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
3 ) Sometimes, timing of the day and water intake has effect on dilution of hormone Human chorionic gonadotropin in the urine.
That can be the reason about dilemma about urine pregnancy test.
