hello
ur last period was may 21 & ur current period appears delayed
symptoms of vomiting , backpain, breast changes, white discharge can occur in early pregnancy but r not diagnostic of pregnancy they can appear in other conditions like premenstrual cramps

u have also given history of being intimate & u don't appear to be using any contraception so there r chances of pregnancy

can u mention after how many days of delay in period have u done ur urine pregnancy test ( upt )

u can still repeat ur upt after 5 to 6 days of previous test with first morning urine sample

if repeat upt is also negative & periods still don't come go for gynecological check up .other ways to detect pregnancy r bhcg ( blood test ) or ultrasound lower abdomen & pelvis

hope this answer helps you.
