How To Detect Pregnancy?

i was due to come on my period on the 17th of august and i didnt start bleeding untill the 2nd of september. it was very light for the first 3 days the got heavier for the last 4 days. i did a pregnancy test when i was 3 days late and it came back negative.since then i have been very irratable my breasts have enlarged and i have had nausea during the night. could i be pregnant?

Hi..urine pregnancy test is a highly reliable test with a high sensitivity..so negative upt (single line with no trace of second line at all) means no pregnancy..
Your symptoms might be because of hypothyroidism or other cause..so get an evaluation including serum tsh.
