How To Determine Adenomyosis?

I had 2 contradictory scan results last week. the first said I have Adenomyosis. The second says no diffuse uterine lessions seen to suggest Adenomyosis but that my uterus is bulky, anteverted with empty cavity and normal endometrial lining. Is there any relationship between both?
