How To Determine An Internal Injury Caused By A Fall Of A Table On Neck?

My daughter dragged a table with wooden top and metal stands, and it fell on her neck and back yesterday. She cried a lot for 20 minutes and i gave her generic tylenol for pain relief and also applied baby balm on her back. I don't know whether she had internal injury or not. give some suggestions please
