How To Determine Food Allergies?
My husband recently was diagnosed with having red meat allergy due to a tick bite. His body reacts with hives. He has given up all red meats 4 months now, and still has hive outbreaks. We are trying to figure out if he could have other types of food allergies, like dairy, foods with red dies ...He has an allergist appt this week for more testing, but wanted to try to have more info for the allergist to test for.

The best way is to find out by yourself..But it is not possible always..
There are some panel of allergy test
It is available in leading Diagnostic centres
They will tell you the severity of allergy to common food materials
it is not 100% reliable,but you will get a clue...
