hi i m Neha married in dec 2013 now my husband use protection every time while sex.But now the thing is i get my periods on every 22 date of month sometime light and sometime heavy but now in june i missed my periods i dont know what to do we have done everything with protection and i dont want to be pregnant now .may be after a year i m prepare what to do should i wait for a week more. I m not shire but I feel cramps my stomach bloats constipation felling hungry.I m in Dubai new place for me I don t know what to do where to approach.plz I need ur valuable advise .plz help.

every time protection dose not work.there are some failure rates also.so dont be 100% sure that if u have used protection then definitly u will not be pregnant. symptoms that u r telling r most likely of pregnancy but first u should do home pregnancy test if it is positive then say that u r pregnant otherwise these symptoms may happen in other medical problems also.
