How To Determine The Days Of Ovulation?

Hi, I am 31 years old. Doc asked me to take fertyl 100mg once in a day for 5 days from 5th day onwards. My last period was on 28 July 2017 and I have taken fertyl from 1st Aug to 5th Aug. Doc asked us to do intercourse from 12th to 18th Aug. But I am guessing I have ovulated before 12th as from 13th onwards my white discharge became less. I have done ovulation test on 11th and 14th Aug both turned negative.

Hello,

You might have a polycystic ovarian disease for which you are taking clomiphene citrate drug. It is an ovulation-inducing drug.

To know ovulation occurred or not LH kit can be used. Serial USG may also helpful for that purpose. Consult a gynecologist for the examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
