How To Determine The Exact Date Of Conception?

I have PCOS. I have to take Provera to get a monthly cycle. I have taken provera up until March 2011. In March and April, I did not receive a cycle (assuming because I did not take Provera.) April 21,2011, I had sexual intercourse, and the condom broke. The next day, I went to the doctor to get the prescription for Provera, and Clomid if I wanted to Ovulate to get pregnant and I was also given a pregnancy test (negative). 04/28/2011, I started taking the Provera. I received my cycle around either 05/10/2011 or 05/17/2011. The first day of my cycle, I started taking the clomid. Towards the end of May, I started having sexual intercourse with my partner. June 19th, I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant through an Ultrasound. due date 02/20/2012. Is it possible that I could be pregnant from having sex on 04/21/11 even though I hadnt received a cycle then. Could the ultra sound be wrong?

Hello,
Since you were receiving periods only after using progesterone, this means that you had anovulatory cycles all the time. If you had natural ovulation, you would receive a natural period too, if you did not conceive. Thus, it shows that you ovulated due to Clomiphene and the sonogram report conforms to the dates of use of medication for induction. Another sonogram, preferably trans-vaginal, may be taken after two more weeks to confirm the findings. If you did conceive in April, you would receive a due date in January. Hope this helps.
