Hi i have been with a girl for a month july 7th, she says she is pregnateby me. we didnt start to have sex untill after the first week. she say she took a home preg test an came out possitive an we went to a doc yesterday an both pee an blood test came back negitve. plus she missed her period on the 16th of this month.also she say she fills the effect already only after the first week now in the second week. what i would like to know is can she be pregnate with my child or not an if she is, is it mine

The only way to determine paternity without any doubt is performing a DNA study of the baby and the presumed fathers. Paternity test is binding and accepted in a court of law
