I am significantly overweight and have tried all methods and doctor recommendations to lose the 50 lbs with fat. I take in 1200-1500 calories a day. I work out at the gym 4 x a week and walk on the off days. I am told that I do not have enough bowel movements a day (1x a day) and that I need to detox or cleanse so my body will eliminate appropriately. I don t know what to do to get my body back in shape. What do you suggest?
