How To Detoxify Body And Lose Weight?

I am significantly overweight and have tried all methods and doctor recommendations to lose the 50 lbs with fat. I take in 1200-1500 calories a day. I work out at the gym 4 x a week and walk on the off days. I am told that I do not have enough bowel movements a day (1x a day) and that I need to detox or cleanse so my body will eliminate appropriately. I don t know what to do to get my body back in shape. What do you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern, cut down the calorie in diet practice exercise, yoga, meditation, no stress, try to change the life style, and this has to be done on permanent basis, else you wont find any result, hope this information helps, take care, have nice day.
