How To Develop Right Body Proportion?

Hi , I am a 25 yrs old female. I am really worried about the size of my breasts. They are very small in size. I tried gaining weight, though i gained weight in lower body and belly. There is no change in the upper body. I feel really stressed about it and cannot even think of going through a surgery. Is there a way or exercise any diet that would help in giving a decent size to my breasts. Right now they are 30. It is not even proportionate with the size of my waist size and butt size. Please give some fruitful suggestions.

Hello,

You are worried about your breast size. You are suggested to maintain correct posture while walking, sitting or sleeping. Correct posture helps the breasts to appear prominent. Choose the right bra, so that there is proper blood circulation. Good blood circulation and normal hormone levels play a major role in the breast size.

Stay active and get your hormone levels checked by a Gynae. You may need treatment. You can get in contact with a physical therapist. Breast massage and exercises help to increase the breast size. Exercises like pushups, wall presses, cobra pose and chest press extensions are very effective. Massages helps to increase blood circulation and hence breast size. You should do massage twice a day, one at day time and the other before going to bed.

In the meantime, try to gain weight, it will help. Stay away from addictions if any. You should not worry about the size of breast as breasts increase in size between 15-25 percent (quite big) during sex when a woman reaches her peak during sexual intercourse.
