How To Devote More Time For Studies?

i am a student .i feel very weak and tired since one month so due to weakness and tiredness i sleep by 10.30 pm at night and wake up at 8.00 am .so due to this my study is affected and i want to study daily at 4.00 am at night .after thet i want to sleep so what i do
