How To Diagnose A Ligament Tear In The Upper Shoulder?
Hello.I suspect I have torn a muscle or ligament in my upper arm/shoulder. it is difficult to lift my arm or pick up anything. It is less painful with a sling or sports tape.I don t know if I should just rest it a few days or see a doctor. I don t know why i m putting it off... I ll go see my doctor. Thank you anyway.
