How To Diagnose Early Pregnancy?

hello i would like to ask a few questions regarding pregnancy as i think i may be pregnant??? can you help me then?
also the online test you provide about scanning or somthing came up that it detects a pregnancy are you sure it can work like that are the results correct or not?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion pregnancy is suspected when there is missed period.The home urine pregnancy test will be positive by one week after missed period.
The symptoms of early pregnancy are nausea,vomitings,breast tenderness,increased frequency of urination.
Confirmation of pregnancy is done by ultrasound ,which can be done 2 weeks after missed period.
