How To Diagnose Wrist Pain Caused Due To Muscle Sprain?

I do a lot of care work and I pulled a customer towards me and my wrist clicked. Now I can t even turn my wrist so I can see my palm and every time I try it click on the outside of the wrist and I m in extreme pain. I work everyday and do a lot with my hands and it s getting worse...

Thanks for your question.
After going through your question, noted your concern.

There might be possibility of muscle sprain or even fracture of small bone of wrist (carpal bone fracture).

It is advisable to consult orthopedic surgeon for detailed clinical examination there may be need for xray of wrist.
Depending upon clinical examination and xray further treatment can be planned.

Till then use some pain killer like aceclofenac with paracetamol along with antacids.
