How To Dislodge A Pill Stuck In Throat?

I have an Erythromycin tablet 250mg stuck in my throat sine lunch time. I have just taken another one quite easily - how do I dislodge the lunch time one? I had a banana, as suggested by websites but to no avail.
Many thanks

Hello

Please dont worry , if you are able to swallow and have taken another tablet then it is most likely that the first tablet is not stuck in your throat and must have gone down the throat. If you are still having some discomfort , i would like you to take 2 more bananas and drink some tea or milk. It will help

Thanks
