wHello dear
Understand your concern
Abortion should be done after getting proper guidance from gynecologist under supervision. USG scan is required before abortion to confirm intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days. Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe option for MTP if done under observation of gynecologist. Do not use at home as it cause excessive bleeding , failure of abortion and infections those can not be controlled at home. By method 600 mg mifeprsitone should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally/buccaly after 24 hour. Another 400 ug after 6 hour if needed. Bleeding and cramp occur after using pill and last for 5-7 days. Post abortion USG after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion. Take rest for 24 hour, analgesic, proper pelvic hygiene, safer sex practice should be used in future.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
