How To Ease The Side Effects Of Having Cipralex?

Hi, I started a new anti-depressant five days ago. I have various side effects that I have found to be common with this medication. I want to know about how long they would last and if there are things I can do to help ease them. The positive effects are great but the not so good ones are making me feel frustrated. I wont be seeing my doctor for a few weeks so I cant speak to him yet. The medication is Cipralex at a 10mg a day dose.
