How To Eliminate Heart Skips And Flutters ?

I was wondering if I could take passion flower for heart skips and flutters. I am a heart patient due to a heart attack two years ago. My specialist thinks I may have PVCs. I currently take carvedilol 2x a day along with Lipitor...would this interact with anything? Or could you suggest something else that would eliminate this problem.

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I recommend you to perform an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring. After that exam conclusions could be judged for a treatment strategy. Your current therapy (carvedilol and lipitor) seems OK. Aspirin is necessary too, if no contraindications exist. You need a cardiac ultrasound in order to define the right dose of carvedilol and to possibly add a vessel-dilator or other drugs.
Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri.
