How To Enrich Ones Immunity During Bone Tb?

hello sir i am vijay here. my wife age is 27, she is suffering from bone tb since last 4 months her weight is not rising and still pain in all joints mainly back bone of spinal card... actually my family doctor says its affected in spinal disc. but she if becoming to week now a days and no immune system in her body... because of this problem she will get fever, cold etc. very soon.. can u pls. tell for this conditon what will do for increasing her weight and immune power.
