How To Ensure Successful Pregnancy-to-term When Having Miscarriage History?

Hi my name is Neha. I am 6 weeks pregnant. I am too much worried about my baby. I had a miscarriage a year before. My first OB app. is on 22nd of August. Just wanted to know is there any technique to check baby's health at home. I am too much scared. Please help me out.

Hi,welcome to HCM.
I understand your query as well concern towards your baby.

As you had previous history of miscarriage one year before ,so your concern is natural. But in my opinion there is no such facilities/techniques available which can check baby's health at home..You always need a doctor for that.

So i can suggest you to better do frequent visits (weekly/ every 15 days /monthly) depending on your situation.
Follow the instructions of your doctor and be in touch with her. She will guide you further accordingly.
