How To Find Of Period Of Pregnancy?

How do I know how far in my pregnancy I am? The first day of my last period was June 8th. In July, I didn't get my period, but I had brown discharge and never bled. Then, on August 3rd and August 5th, I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but I took another test on August 18th, and tested positive. I would like to know approximately how long I've been pregnant for?

1.Your test was negative on 3rd and 5th aug, and in july you had a brown discharge - i would think interns of period.
2.And if we assume your LMP on july then your pregnancy will be around 5-6weeks.
3.Confirmaton can only given by an ultrasound scan - which will give approximate gestational age ( with 4-5 days alteration at this time).
4.There are possibilities of false negative in urine pregnancy test - its bout 97% accuracy after a missed period.
5.So Recommend to get an ultrasound scan done for confirmation.
