Hi.. Vitiligo may not present with any other symptoms such as tiny white( (depigmentation) patches.. Apart from these other symptoms may include whitening of the scalp hairs, white patches of the oral cavity.. Depigmentary patches are also known to occur on the retina and can be seen on eye examination..
