I m 20 weeks pregnant and i didnt put on extra weight i only recovered my lost weight which i had lost during first trimester. Right now i am 46 kg (101lbs).my height is 5 ft. Wanted to know my baby will be healthy or not . And what i should eat to gain my weight.
Please do not worry as this is a normal and common happening. Many women loose weight in the first three months and gain it back during the next three months. So if you are gaining weight now, it is fine. We recommend just adding one small extra helping of protein, vegetables and carbohydrates, than your usual intake in every meal. Also atleast 2 fruits must be taken daily and milk can be used if extra proteins are not taken. Drink plenty of water so that the amniotic fluid levels are kept repleted. So do not worry. Your baby will be fine.
