Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. You should not try to put up weight widout any need. You must calculate your body mass index and only if you are on the lower side you must look to gain weight. BMI of 18 to 25 is considered normal. You can increase your weight b having well balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. Look to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid fast food. Exercise regularly as it improves apetite. Eat small frequent meals. Wish you good health.
