How To Gain Weight?

Sir , my age is 20yrs male and I always feel depressed because of my thin body. I eat very limited just 2 or 3 chapatis or what I mean to say that I never eat at regular basis. All my cousin s are good at their health prospectus and so every one ignore me. Also I have habit of masturbation once in a day -is it affecting my growth .Sir plzz suggest me some method so I can gain weight should I consider some protein powder .plzz help

Body mass index (BMI) below 18.5 is underweight. BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters). If you want to gain weight then gradual weight gain advisable. Also calculate your BMI. If it is in normal range then there is no need to gain weight. There are various causes of underweight like inadequate food intake, prolonged meal time gaps, and increased physical activity weight increasing food intake. Other reasons are mostly medical conditions like TB, cancer, malabsorption, hyperthyroidism, and anorexia nervosa etc.
Masturbation is a normal process and it does not harm you in anyway, but excess masturbation may cause psychological anxiety, testicular trauma and sometimes testicular torsion, an emergency surgical condition, after vigorous masturbation. Sometimes vigorous manipulation of penis as in masturbation causes mechanical trauma to testes leading to testicular pain. Excess of anything is wrong. Focus yourself on your carrier and education.
Advice
1.     Adopt natural ways of gaining weight
2.     Start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
3.     Take natural high protein like egg, soya bean, pulses, meat, and milk. Choose food with nutritional calories like potato, banana and dry fruits
4.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
5.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
6.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal as they contain tannin which hinders absorption of minerals like iron
7.     Alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time for 15 days if you are too much anxious about your health
