How To Gain Weight?

Hello! I am taking dexona and merind tablets from long time and whenever I stop this tablets I lose weight again and don t even wants to eat food what should I do? Is there any other way to gain weight without taking this tablets? Can you please help

I DONT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU TO TAKE TAB.DEXA AND MERALD.
it can be very injurious to your health.
Dexa is a steroid , it increase body weight by its side effect.

Increase body weight does not mean you healthy.

For, weight gain , raise you daily food, thats the best way.
