How To Gain Weight?

Hi I am 21 years old. My wight is 48 kg or smth . I am very skinny and i want to gain weight but i cant because i cant eat too much. if i go gym should i use protein supplements ? do they effect my body on bad way ? some friends of mine says they can make u impotent. is it true ?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
You need to eat little more than you take normally. Good amount of carbohydrates, fats proteins and vitamins.
Get a thyroid function test done before going for protein supplements.
Yes you can start gym because it leads to hypertrophy of muscle mass and you will gain weight. You can take protein supplements in small amounts too. There is no such side effects of impotency related to it.
High dosage may effect your kidney or bowl movements.
