So I had sex with a girl and it was her last day of her period and I think I cummed when I pulled out just in time but maybe the cum may have touched near or on her vagina. Can she be pregnant? I also think there is a chance that a tiny bit of cum may have got inside.

The method of contraception implied is called the withdrawal method and is only 50% effective or less. I would strongly recommend a home pregnancy test to be conducted by the end of the 2nd week from the sexual contact or later to check for pregnancy. If you are not ready for this pregnancy, then you should consider the emergency contraceptive pill that can be used until 72 hours from the unprotected sexual contact.
