How To Get Back The Lost Carilage While Having Grade 4 Chonromalasia?
I m 36 year old very active , I m suffering from chonromalasia grade /4 , how can I get back my lost carilage , i m taking flextor daily , doing vmo musle exercise daily drinking khrode ka soup on & off , can I take growth hormones with testerstone , which is taken in body building . Please help , request from all of u ,I have small children to be taken care off.
Pain medication is used mostly and physical therapy, if possible at your stage is also good. Best is arthroscopic repair. It’s an option in few patients. Prp, prolotherapyhyaluronan injection are new therapies for stage 4. Testosterone is not helpful unless your testosterone levels are low. I will recommend for pain not only ibuprofen or steroids etc., but do breathing exercises, it is helpful with above things too.
