i hav started my carrier after my post graduation,after joining in the industry my health problem has started, i dont why daily i wake up at 7 and i vl try to sleep after completion of my dinner, but im having some family tension i thought due to dat iam unable to sleep well please provide me some guide line to overcomek it...

the stress at your work place and at home could be one of the reasons for your sleep disturbance. if you are having 7- 8 hours of undisturbed sleep and feel fresh in the morning it is not a cause of worry that you wake up ealrly at 7. you can consider following a similar sleep pattern every night and indulge in light reading before you sleep. this might help or you can also take help of a counselor.

Firstly donot carry your problems to bed.Before bed time write down pressing concerns along with possible solutions.Secondly make it a habit to try and get to bed at the same time to develop a body clock and sleep time ritual.Reguler wake up times and bedtimes and work hours help to synchronise body rythms .Donot watch tv for an hour before bed.Drinking warm milk also helps.Donot go hunger to bed.Switch off bright lights,phone lie flat on your back, arms relaxed as in shavasana.Try yogic nidra.However if your suffering from depression it would be better to meet a counselor.Hope this helps.
Mind relaxing yogic asanas like Bhramari, Sheetali and shitkari may be helpfull to you.
Tablet Brahmi vati(plain) 1 tab twice daily with milk should be taken.
Time of sleep should be fixed. Try to detach from day time thoughts during sleep.
