How To Get Enough Sleep And What Are The Average Sleeping Hours?

Hi DOC

I would like to know how to get enough sleeping at the time regularly and how many hours should be slept in a night for a man if he is working 9 hours a day?

if I get sleeping 4 hours a day or not enough sleeping as we should regularly in our daily rootin so doctor would it effect bad as I am facing hear fall very fast?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

For an adult the recommended sleeping time is around 7-8 hours.

Sleep is an important function for our bodies. Prolonged lack of sleep affects our vitality and everyday social physical functioning. It also is a risk factor in the long term for cardiovascular disease, obesity and diabetes, mood and anxiety disorders. So while the occasional night wouldn't have long term consequences long term lack of sleep might.

If you are experiencing hearing issues though I don't think that is related to lack of sleep, other causes must be searched for.
