How To Get Fairer Skin Complexion?

Gud Morning dr, Im Working In The Marketing field Because Of this I Got to Over Exposure to Sun during My Duty Times. And Now My Skin Comlex Becomes Very Dark .how to I Get the Fairer Skin Comlex.And what Are the Skin whitening Treatments. I Have Tried With Melacare Cream. But If I Stops This My Skin Will Become black Once Agian.Kindly Help Me On This.

Hi.
As per your case history of facial hyperpigmentation, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Avoid melacare as it contains strong depigmenting agents leading to recurrence of dark skin on stopping it.
3. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
4. Other treatment options are topical steroid, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
