How To Get Off Fluoxetine 20mg?

I have been on Fluoxetine 20mg caps for 6 months, my doctors has agreed that after my next appointment I can slowly come off them. would like to start now, as I really do hate being on them. I was only on them to help me cope with a stressful job promotion which involved driving - I had panic attacks with the driving, but now having mastered the journey and the job want to come off the tablets.
