General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You must understand that there are no medications available at present to advance the periods.

However, it can be postponed by the intake of medications. Medication like Tablet. Norethisterone needs to be taken twice daily continuously for 5 to 7 days, about 2 - 3 days before the expected date of periods.

Following stopping the medication, bleeding would happen by 5 to 7 days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
