How To Get Periods Before The Due Date?

Hello doctor, me and my girlfriend are going out for a trip. Her mensuration cycle dates were 10th February. She wants to get her periods immediately so there is no disturbance during the trip, which medicine should she have . She is 22 years old and her cycle gets delayed by a week every month. Thank you

Hello,

Usually, we recommend norethisterone 5 mg twice daily for 5 days. Then, stop taking the tablet. Consider delay in 2-3 days after stopping the pill before bleeding.
