Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. From your description, I understand that you have a retroverted uterus. This is not the sole reason for the abortion because successful pregnancies are seen in many cases. The cause of the miscarriage should be known; if a postmortem or histopathological assessment of the products was done, that would benefit a lot. Your tubal patency, hormone levels and ovulation status should be normal. After intercourse, you have to wait for at least 30 minutes lying on your stomach for proper ascent of the sperm. Hope this helps.
