How To Get Pregnant After Laproscopic Surgery For Fibroid?

My wife is 29 years old and she had a laproscopic surgery done in march 2012 for cysts in ovaries and Fibroid in uterus..After that we started planning in Setp 2012 and there was one IUI attempt as well..but no sucess..We consult our docotor who had done the surgery..and she suggested to go with IVF
