How To Get Relief From Body Pain And Remove Lump In Throat?

all the muscles in my body hurt. For almost a year now my right side of my body hurts from my leg to my abdomen, back neck and I have a lump in my throat and its hard to swallow. It litterally feels like something is stuck and wont let anything go down.I am burping a lot, sometimes that seems to make my throat feel better.
