How To Get Relief From Headache And Hot Head?

I have a really hot head when I lie in my bed, my pillow overheats until it s unbearable and I have to move the pillow away. I bought a chillowpillow which is cool initially but still heats up from my head. I m waking up with slight headaches. Any ideas? Bruce
